Small awnings do fine if retracted when not needed. For larger shades, we recommend a motor with a wind sensor that judges gusts and retracts automatically.

How does the fabric wear over time?

We usually replace fabrics at 20 years with decent care.

What is your warranty?

3-20 year warranty on metal, moving parts, and joints depending on style of awning. 5 years for fabric, 5 years for motor or crank drive.
