Sliding Retractable Screen Doors

Fresh Air, No Bugs

Sliding retractable screen doors roll up when not in use, providing maximum fresh air when open and blending into the background when closed. Our industry leading retractable screen doors are custom fit, fully warrantied, and available in a range of colors.

We custom cut everything to fit seamlessly inside the profile of your sliding door. When we come for a bid, we'll bring samples and show you exactly how each part will fit. French and single door sizing available.

Built for Salt Lake City's Seasonal Extremes

From dry summer heat to canyon winds, Salt Lake Valley weather is tough on hardware that isn't built for it. Our sliding retractable screens use the same durable pull bar and track system as our other doors, chosen to hold up under real use without sticking or wearing out.

Have a different opening to screen? We also build single, French, and large opening retractable screens, all custom cut to your exact opening.

Custom Fit to Your Track

Sliding door tracks vary more than swinging doors, so we measure the exact profile of your track before fabricating anything. That means the screen glides smoothly instead of catching or rattling, and closes flush against the frame when you want it out of the way.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get this installed?

Call to schedule a measurement appointment. We bring samples and colors, show you what it'll look like on your door, and give you pricing on the spot.

What's the lead time?

About two weeks typically, closer to five during the busy season.

What if I walk into it?

No problem - smooth out any wrinkles in the fabric and open/close the door to reset it into the tracks. Call us if the screen is torn or won't retract well.

Will it slam shut?

No - rubber bumpers prevent slamming. We remove the optional brake by default since it retracts slower than most people want, but we'll leave it in on request.

I have kids or pets - will that be an issue?

Small pets can't get through the screen, but anything over 25 lbs can push through and cause it to slam open. Most pets and kids adjust after one experience with it.
